Do you want to get more involved with Bakkan Fishing? Do you have skills that would benefit our fishing community? Our Field Staff Program is designed to help bring the best skills of the fishing community world-wide together to mutually benefit each other. Bakkan Fishing's field staff is held to the highest standards and have responsibilities including promoting Bakkan Fishing products, maintaining an active presence on Bakkan Fishing social media, finding and testing the best new products to sell, making connections with local business owners, representing Bakkan Fishing at competitions and other fishing events, etc. Contracts, sponsorships, and compensation are determined on an individual basis.

Minimum Requirements:

• Friendly and Professional Demeanor

• Ability to attend local and national trade shows / fishing events

• Extensive fishing knowledge.

• Extensive knowledge of Bakkan Fishing products.

• Consistent posting, sharing, and engagement with Bakkan Fishing pages and groups on social media.

• Must have at least a Facebook page, but prefer multiple social media outlets.

• Ability to produce quality photos and videos utilizing Bakkan Fishing rods and partnering products.
