How long will it take for my custom rod to be built and shipped?

Can I return my custom rod?

Accepted Answer

Because of the nature of a custom rod, sales are final and rods cannot be returned. However, all custom rods built by Bakkan Fishing are covered under a limited lifetime warrant that covers both parts and labor. This means that if materials used were defective or there was an error by the builder which caused the fail of a rod, Bakkan Fishing will repair or replace that rod. The warranty does not cover misuse or abuse of the fishing rod.

Will my rod look just like the preview?

Accepted Answer

We have done our best to create a realistic preview of what your rod should look like. However, we cannot guarantee the colors on each computer screen will reflect the actual colors of the thread but it will be close. Also, the components may vary slightly from the preview images depending on what type of rod you are ordering. For example, a heavy saltwater rod will have a much heavier duty reel seat and guides than portrayed in your preview.

What do I do if I get a defective rod?

Accepted Answer

All rods built by Bakkan Fishing come with a limited lifetime warranty meaning that if there are any defects in materials used or workmanship, we will repair or replace the rod.
