SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and Tracking Number

a) We only ship to addresses located within the United States.

b) When you place your order, you will get an approximate delivery time based on the availability of your items and order processing time. Depending on your region, shipping charges and delivery date estimates will appear on the order page.

c) Please note that the delivery dates stated on your order page are approximate and for guidance purposes only. Actual delivery dates may vary.

d) Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number through email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours before the tracking number can be updated online.

Inspection

a) You are required to inspect the delivered Products once you receive you order and ensure that the Products are in “as expected” condition.

b) In the event they are not in an “as expected” condition, please Contact Us as soon as possible, with all necessary information, including photographic proof.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We are proud to cover all of our rods under a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This means that if you get a faulty product from us it will be replaced or repaired, guaranteed! This warranty covers workmanship and materials but does NOT include abuse or misuse of the product including fishing outside the specified limitations of the rod. If you believe you have a faulty product please contact us via the Contact Us form on the website and we will make things right for you. These cases are very rare because of the strict quality controls set in place here at Bakkan Fishing, but you can shop with confidence knowing that if there is a mistake made on our part it will be made right quickly and efficiently at our expense.

Because of the nature of a custom product, sales are final and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Thank you for understanding!
